Array Constraints
Gets the collection of driver constraints

NewConstraint(String aName, String aMinVersion, String aMinDate) returns IMsixDriverConstraint
Creates new driver constraint

RemoveConstraint(IMsixDriverConstraint aConstraint)
Removes existing driver constraint
